Refund and Returns Policy

At www.lakeparkcruise.com, we are committed to ensuring our guests have the best possible experience. We understand that plans can change, and to accommodate this, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Guest

15 days or more before departure: A full refund will be issued, minus a ₹1500 processing/admin fee.
7 to 14 days before departure: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
1.2 No-Show Policy
If a guest does not show up on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If payment was made via credit/debit card, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear due to bank processing times.

2.2 Partial Refunds
If a guest shortens their trip after the houseboat tour has started, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the service.

3. Booking Modifications
3.1 Rescheduling
Guests can request to reschedule their booking up to 14 days before the scheduled departure date, based on availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of departure may incur a ₹1500 fee, and rates may vary depending on the new dates.

3.2 Itinerary Changes
Any modifications to the itinerary requested by the guest may result in additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes and availability.

4. Cancellation by www.lakeparkcruise.com
4.1 Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Events
If severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances force us to cancel your booking, we will offer one of the following options:

A full refund of the booking amount, or
The opportunity to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
4.2 Cancellation for Operational Reasons
In the event that we need to cancel due to operational issues (e.g., mechanical problems with the houseboat), we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
