These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of use for our website and services, including the booking and use of our houseboats. By using our website or services, you accept and agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Process
To confirm your booking, please provide the following details:
Guest Information: Full name, contact details, and valid identification.
Booking Dates: Preferred check-in and check-out dates.
Payment Information: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
2.2 Booking Confirmation
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please review this confirmation carefully, and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.
2.3 Payment Terms
Deposit: A minimum 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled departure. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
2.4 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via UPI,wise,bank transfer. All payments must be in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellations
More than 15 days before departure: Full refund of the booking amount minus any applicable service fees.
7 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
3.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. GST charges, if applicable, will be refunded on a proportional basis. For further details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
4. Rescheduling and Amendments
4.1 Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and an additional fee of ₹1500.
4.2 Modifications to Booking
Any changes to your booking (e.g., dates or number of guests) may incur additional charges, depending on availability and the nature of the modifications.
5. Houseboat Usage
5.1 Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow all houseboat regulations. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to them. The use of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Safety and Liability
Safety Equipment: Life jackets and other safety gear are provided. Please familiarize yourself with safety procedures upon boarding.
Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
5.3 Environmental Responsibility
Guests must adhere to local regulations and environmental guidelines. This includes avoiding disturbances to wildlife and maintaining reasonable noise levels.
6. Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your personal data as outlined in the policy.

7.1 Content Ownership
